Join the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution masters program for a conversation between Program Director Dr. Beth Fisher-Yoshida and Humberto de la Calle, the man who led the peace negotiations between the Government and the FARC in Colombia.
Mr. de la Calle served as the fifth Colombian Vice President and Minister of the Interior during the debates that drafted the 1991 Colombian Constitution. He was also the Colombian ambassador in the United Kingdom and Spain. Mr. de la Calle was a two-time presidential candidate and the government's lead negotiator during La Habana peace process between the Colombian Government and the FARC.
