Please join the Barnard Slavic Department and the Harriman Institute for a unique opportunity to learn about dance and culture across borders from Joy Womack, who will speak about her unique career in ballet. Joy Womack is a former Bolshoi Theatre soloist and the first American to graduate from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and to sign a contract with the Bolshoi Ballet. Joy Womack was also a prima at the Universal Ballet in Korea. Her own company is called Project Prima.
