This panel will be a survey of the levels at which we can place ourselves in gun violence prevention and intervention efforts - from individual training to broader perspectives on how firearm violence is perpetuated by cycles of inequity in American society. Tackling the gun violence crisis in this country requires interprofessional perspectives with cooperative actions. Hear from experts from education, policy and law, and healthcare on how each discipline is working toward safer American communities and ways in which we can work together to keep gun violence at the forefront of our conscience.
