Open Seminar Day commemorates the 80th year since the founding of The University Seminars. The format is an interdisciplinary dialogue and conversation among representatives of different seminars. Printed materials about all the seminars, as well as selected publications supported by the Schoff and Warner Funds will be available, and selected seminar chairs will present A Community of Scholars: 75 Years of The University Seminars at Columbia — the volume published for The Seminars’ 75th anniversary year.
