Speaker: Estelle Zadra, Liaison Officer at UNESCO
As Liaison Officer, Estelle Zadra liaises with and maintains UNESCO's relations and cooperation with the United Nations Secretariat. She represents UNESCO in engagement with other UN entities and Permanent Delegations. Estelle has been at UNESCO since 1997. As an education specialist, she was involved in research and training projects in educational policy and planning. She managed various programs to support educational planning and management in various countries. She is also a communications professional with extensive experience in public information, production of online content, and media relations, having led during 10 years the UNESCO-IIEP Communications Services.
