Please join the Harriman Institute for a lecture by Sheila Fitzpatrick. Moderated by Elise Giuliano.

This talk will draw on the analysis of postwar great power politics and diplomacy with regard to “displaced persons” from the Soviet Union offered in new book, Lost Souls: Soviet Displaced Persons and the Birth of the Cold War, to be published by Princeton University Press in November.
