Sessions are open to all CUIMC faculty, staff, fellows and post-docs. No prior computing experience or statistical knowledge are required. Day 1 will cover importing data, examining data attributes, and manipulating data (creating new variables, stacking vs. merging data sets, etc.). Day 2 will cover descriptive statistics and basic statistical analyses (chi-squared tests, t-tests, regression, etc.). Day 3 will cover data visualization using versatile R plotting functions.
