Please join the Program on U.S.-Russia Relations at the Harriman Institute for a lecture by Victoria Zhuravleva (IMEMO). Zhuravleva will discuss Russian perceptions of the U.S. presidential campaigns and the 2020 election, and will analyze the election results in the context of broader developments in recent U.S. politics.

Victoria Zhuravleva is the head of the Center for North American Studies at the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) in Moscow, Russia. She has published on polarization in U.S. politics, the Trump presidency, ideology and political culture, and Russian-American relations. Zhuravleva holds a PhD in Political Science from the Institute of USA and Canadian Studies at the Russian Academy for Sciences.
