In honor of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the CUIMC API ERG will host a virtual cooking demonstration with Joe's Home of Soup Dumplings on May 14th, 2021 at 4:00pm - 5:00pm.

Participants will learn how to spin Joe's famous soup dumplings and how to make one of their popular delicious dish while learning and conversing about cultural identity and representation.

Registration is required in advance. This event will be held via Zoom webinar.
