Join us for a screening of “The Legacy of Chano Pozo” and a talk with Chris Washburne, PhD, Columbia University, Louis Armstrong Jazz Performance Program; René Lopez, Historian of Latin Music and Music Producer, and Jerry Carlson, PhD, CUNY, Comparative Arts in the Americas. The event will be held on November 13th, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM in room 802 of the International Affairs Building (420 West 118th St).
