This panel will discuss a range of issues exacerbated by the pandemic, including the application of the International Health Regulations (IHR) in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), maintaining the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA), the development and implementation of the COVAX Facility, global COVID-19 vaccine equity objectives, and the development of a 'Humanitarian Buffer' to facilitate access to COVID-19 vaccines for crisis-affected populations.
