Advancing Identification and Treatment for Individuals with Early Psychosis in Chile

The speakers will share and discuss experiences, challenges, and opportunities in the identification of and provision of care to individuals with early psychosis in Chile. The speakers will be presenting two ongoing studies: 1) the Chilean Early Psychosis Identification Program, and 2) OnTrack Chile. The former is aimed to improve our understanding of the gaps and bottlenecks for the identification and referral of early psychosis within health services. The latter refers to the adaptation and implementation of the OnTrack model for providing specialized care for this population. Lessons learned and future steps will be discussed in the light of conducting global mental health research during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This event is open to the Columbia Community and the Public. Please register in advance.
