Victoria, founder of Rise to Ritual, is a wellness practitioner and movement artist based out of Philadelphia. In 2016, she graduated summa cum laude with her B.A. in French Studies from Columbia University’s School of General Studies. Since receiving her Yoga + Meditation certification in Bangalore, India in 2018, as well as her Holistic Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2019, Victoria has been working privately with ambitious women seeking to heal chronic anxiety and overcome burnout once and for all. Additionally, Victoria teaches weekday morning yoga classes on zoom for all levels, as well as corporate workshops to help full-time working individuals incorporate self-care and stress relieving rituals into their workday.
