Lessons in Crisis Leadership: The Race to Provide Covid Testing to America

This lecture will discuss leadership during an evolving crisis. It is the story of how BioReference, working with no roadmap, no federal guidance or support, and no prior pandemic experience, established processes to provide testing to every imaginable segment of the American public. Creating custom COVID mass testing programs at scale (and from scratch), it is the story of how BioReference addressed an unpredictable series of seemingly insurmountable obstacles, a case study of management and crisis leadership.

Lecture will take place in the auditorium (room 201), with a reception to follow in the VEC lobby.
